Dr Damien and I touched on some research into what contributes to sleepless nights and getting a cold as well as some remedies that might help. The big topic was our discussion on prevailing attitudes regarding the legal drinking age of 21 and the beliefs held by certain groups that it might be better to lower it to 18 years old.

In the last Show (2/4/2009)
In Vince's place we had a special guest: Tricia Streit -Perez from http://www.onefitmama.com/ Tricia spoke all about her business and I also grilled her on some interesting woman's health issues that are in the news. The interview was great. The bad news is unfortunately it was not recorded.
